has anyone ever seen a handsfree kit for this phone with a full install setup? i.e. wires to be tied into stereo system for phone audio and mute functions??? Cant seem to find any

Yes, I have installed the kit in my car.
The installer didn't connect it to the stereo speakers, but he did connect the auto-mute-the-stereo hookup, and that works fine, except that it also triggers the mute any time you hit a button. So even if you are just looking up a number, it mutes the stereo.
The BIG problem with the kit, in my opinion, is that you cannot use the kit with a headset. i.e., if you want the charging and external antenna, but want to keep the conversation at least half private, you CANNOT use a regular headset while the phone is connected to the car kit. If you plug a headset in, nothing happens -- the audio continues to run through the external speaker and microphone. I worked with LG tech support and product e...
