phone syncing

hey i just got my usb cable today and i got bitpim. i was going to send some ringtones to my phone but something pooped up and said put your phone in syncing mode. how do i so that?

Im not for sure...but hit the menu button...go down to tools and extras then go down to the bottom where it says PC Snyc...now I have never tried what ur doing...and I dont know if this will help...but mess around with it?

P.S. How much was it for the USB, Bit thingy together?
