i was wondering if i could get this phone,unlocked and use it on cingular's network? if there is any one who can answer this question i would love it.i am in NY

no. sprint uses CDMA and cingular uses GSM. not compatible, besides they dont "unlock" their phones, they track their devices by ESN number.
