i think this phone SUCKS! I had it and returned it because inspite of its wonderful features, the sound quality was a joke. i mean really, it sounded as if i was on a headset, maybe even worse. muffled and completely unclear. and if the other person was on a bad cell phone too there was no way a conversation was going to take place. it was something i couldnt live with. now a friend of mine has the phone and i occasionally use it to check my voicemail from his phone, (sprint to sprint) 😉 and its awful. does no one else in the world know whatim talking about. unfortunate too, because it could be such a great little thing. 😡

i used it maybe for two or three days. i tried to love it i really did because it has everything i want in a phone. i had the samsung a600 previously and switched right back to it. i now desperately want a new phone still and may get the sam a680. its perfect except for no speakerphone 😢

You are not. They have given me three phones, and one is just as bad as another.
I can't believe how absorbed people are in themselvses about its cool things, and don't even notice the basics as Sprint won't acknowldege any complaints on this. People love the phone...

Add me to the list of complainers. My "company store" won't even give me a try at a same model replacement. They say "phone is OK" when I complain about noise distortion and poor reception. The phone has some nice features, but they are useless if you can't hear what your caller is saying and your calls get dropped. I'm inclined to pay the penalty and change carriers, but at least I have some sympathetic souls in you guys... Its not "all in my head".

No, your not the only one. I still like my phone however 😎. I have 4 of them on my account. the sound does get a little funny just turn it up (or down) until you can understand it. Is the phone perfect? No not hardly but I still think its a good one. Just have to see how long it lasts, thats the true test. so far in 5 years of cell phone use this is phone # 11
