The E815 is almost the same

These phones are nearly the same, with the exception that the E815 can work with v-cast and has a larger phone book. The E815 is out and now Verizon has two very simular phones priced around the same? Are the 2 phone in different markets? The E815 is $150 with a 2 year agreement and it has a $50 mail in rebate. Why not go with the better phone?

The A840 is a global phone that holds a GSM and CDMA network its all digital and has great reception and has no bluetooth. You are paying for the fact that the A840 is a global phone. You cant compare the A840 with the V710 or E815 yes they all have the same design but all Motorolas do these days. Each phone has a different purpose A840 - Global V710 - Tri-Mode E815 - V-Cast its pure preference and what you can afford the A840 is by far the most expensive phone. I paid with the $50.00 accessory pack and the phone about $560.00 and that was with that phone being on a brand new line with a brand new 2 year contract.
