what is diego and can anyone tell me how to get this so i can get my caller picture id activated

Diego is a Nokia techie program. There are many things that can be adjusted using it. I just set my phone so that non-DRM files can be used as ringtones, e.g. entire mp3 songs or just parts of them. I would suggest you ask the question about the caller ID on a more technically oriented site, such as HowardForums.
Some day I hope to be able to load a real mp3 player to my 6256i, but I have been told that this may be impossible. The lack of this player is my major dissatisfaction with the phone.

I am on a mac and do not have ability to do it?
