Samsung Agere Unlocker version 10.1 software

I ahve used this software to unlock several e317 but know I am having problems. It always fails to unlock and a message saying "ft_ErrorManage" keeps appearing. Any comments, info, etc. that could help? Any info will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

you have to change the cable mode from data to dl
