Anyway to disable the side button from turning on Vibrate?
When the phone is closed and you hold the side button down it puts the phone into Vibrate mode. Is there any way to disable this feature?

Yes, don't hold down the side button 🙂
I have the same problem that occasionally I squeeze that button and set the phone to vibrate only and then wonder why I missed a call. But I find the convenience of being able to turn the ringer off easily outweighs the problem caused by once in a while accidentally squeezing that button.
