Well.....I just ordered it, I really hope that I won't regret it....
I just upgreaded to this phone on T-Mobile.com. I will have it withen this week. I really hope I wont regret spending the $269.00 bucks on it...

Try the new Motorola H500. I just ordered mine. I hear it's a step above the HS820 which I currently own but can't use anymore. I dropped it and being that it's so small & sensitive, I guess one has to be very careful.
