Samsung Galaxy S8 active
4 years later and still going strong. Still a fairly competitive phone compared to many mid-rangers out there now. Other than the older processor, camera, UI, and Android P, this phone could still go with the best of them.

VR Ready?
I just purchased the Galaxy S8 Active, and all I'm seeing online is it's not compatible with Samsung VR, which I have from last Christmas, and it's absolutely not compatible. I'd like to know what model you were able to use for this review. I'm so irritated with my phone choice, considering this new Intel. I love VR!! If you were able to use it, plz tell me which one.

I wish they would make this available to other carriers. Especially since they got rid of the non-edge display option for the standard flagship...
