535 - miniSD - ringtones??
does anyone out there know if you can record your own mp3's and use them as ringtones. I got a SD card and save them to the card, the phone reads them and plays them through the mp3 player but will not let you assign the to a contact. It will let you save an image to a contact from the mini card. Can you convert mp3's to AAC and use them?

I use MP3's as a ringtone through 3Gupload.com. Once you sign up, you can go to your personal files and send any MP3's you have on your personal computer hardrive to your phone and it works great. You can also use your own photos w/o distortion.

I found a much better site. www.d-d-n.com you can upload your own mp3's, WAV's, etc and they convert them to the 3-D AAC format. They sound so much better than from 3gupload.com. They are cheaper too. $2 for one month - $5 for 3 months - $15 for a year. 🙂 😁
