E-mail Setup for Cingular

I use Cingular as my provider and have forgotten the e-mail setup for outgoing mail. I orignally got it from Cingular, but can't find the documentation. Setup with my ISP info doesn't work for outgoing mail.

Help is appreciated.

Yesterday I got ahold of Cingular.

Perhaps I wasn't clear in my posting. I use my own e-mail accounts for the sending and receiving.

Outgoing e-mail setup is cwmx.com
