Panasonic X700

The phone connects via the USB cable and the mRouter tray icon turns blue/green.... and double clicking it confirms "connected" on USB cable

HOWEVER....

when PC suite is opened.... is says "offline" and "disconnected"

I am using Windows XP and I was told that this issue must be resolved by applying a software patch.... however I cannot find the patch on line anywhere

What is up with the Phonescoop community? How come no one is talking about the Panasonic X700???

It has an awesome list of features, not the least of which is that it is a Smartphone with bluetooth, memory card slot, calendar, camera, infrared port, PC synch, USB port, voice dialing, 2nd display, ringer ID & profiles, and more!!!

What gives? This looks like the phone the V710 was supposed to be but wasn't... I can't wait for it to be released! 😁

I am anxious for a new phone now that I decided to NOT purchase a V710 after that fiasco... 😲

FYI, 473 pages of complaints about the V710 & still rising in the Phonescoop forum. That has to be a record!!! (and not a good one at that!) 🤣

Cool phone, like the outside design better than the inside's though.
