Siemens A65

I bought a 2nd hand Siemens A65. When insert the SIM card and power ON the phone it says "Network Blocked" Please advice how to unblock the phone. Thanks.

I'm a new user of the Siemens A65.
I get calls where the phone does not ring, but blinks only. The display shows "ID Witheld".
Is the "ID Withheld" the reason for my my phone not to ring?

How can I fix this? It really is very tough to watch the phone for certain calls. Just thought to post here after not getting a satisfactory answer. Any help is needed on this.

I hear people complain all the time about the worn out, boring look on the Nokia line of phones but Siemens seems just as guilty. I can't think of the last time someone called in asking about a Siemens phone, and by the looks of this thing I guess demand will stay about the same for a while... 🙄
