syncining outlook with motorola a780?
has anyone been able to sync outlook using phone tools. I have tried everything, and everytime I do, the software crashes. Is there any oher way to sync wih outlook besides using this usless piece of software? please help

It's a perfect phone and the on-board gps and co-pilot make the difference but synchronising is a real disaster.
Motorola already send me MPT's version 4 which is and works better and gives me less crashes then the old version but still crashes, only less often.
It is a terrible tool for synchronizing because you cann't rely on it.
Why don't the use MS-Active sync which works perfectly

Can you please tell me more about this MPT's version 4 and MS-Active sync? How do they work? I'm having a hard time figuring out how to sync my contacts and calendar without using the phone's "OTA" sync option.
