Will T Mobil provide this phone?

Is Edge turned on with Cingular? I thought Edge was always on.

Edge is already turned on with cingular in most major u.s. cities. I received one of cingular's service maps yesterday because I was a new customer.

Last I heard they were in negotiations with AT$T Wireless (AWS) and had approved contracts with Cingular and TIM, but I have not heard anything about T-mobile. But everyone wants this phone, so I imagine eventually they will get it.
