Battery life difference for two V551 phones
My wife uses her V551 phone only for occasional calls, and I use mine for occasional calls, about average of 7 SMS per day, and few YIM chats and web browsing per week.
Our battery life are after fully charged over a night:
- My wife's: have 2 bars (4 battery meters) after 3 days
- Mine: battery low sign after 1 1/2 days
As you can see, for sure, depending on how you use your phone, the battery life varies a LOT. Hopefully, this info will help you guys to figure out or compare your battery life. :-)
BTW, we bot have the same battery 780 ones, which I understand now (from another theread) that it does not last as long as 820 one. ☹️

I've noticed that you rant about how people should just charge their battery. But the specifications of the phone clearly state 3.75 hrs talk time and 225 hrs standby time. And these specs are from Motorola on this phone with these features. So your useless comments about how people are are only complaining doesn't make any sense. with a battery life of only 20 hrs and talk time of 15 mins that's actually less than 10% of the stated life. Maybe if Motorola had said it only has a 24hr standby and 15 mins talk your callous remarks would make sense. So if you really don't have anything useful to say please say nothing.
