Kyocera K9

This message is for owners of Kyocera phones:

If you look on the back of ur phone, there is this circular plastic/rubber round plug to the right of the antenna. I just found out you can pull the rubber plug thing off. When I pulled it off, there seems to be a data port or someting under it. Does anyone know what it is? P.S.: I know I am horrible of explaining things, please bare with me 🙂

This phone isn't the best, but it's for teens and people that need/afford just the basics. If you have a problem with it, get a new phone. Its good for me and my budget!

Does anyone know the master reset number for the K9?

I am on my second Kyocera k9 with virgin mobile and for the second time the "9" key stopped working. I wonder if it could have something to do with the battery charger. Does anyone else have this problem or know of a way to fix it without getting a new phone? hopefully untill then I won't need to call 911 😛

i go to school were phones arent aloud, not alot of moeny and found this phone rather cheap. but does it have a vibrate alert were it will make no noise, with incoming call and text. i mean all it will do is vibrate no matter what i receive. 😉

I saw someone post that they had tweaked their phone to make it that they could use Aim. How do you do that cause Aim wont let me sign up using my kyocera K9

...or does this phone look suspiciously like the last 57 phones Kyocera has put out?

This phone keeps turning off on me during the day. It also decides that "Silent Time" is over, and turns the ringer on Loud. Anyone else having these problems?

YO i kno how to use virgin xtra but how do i use the browser to go to other sites, i was trying to download a free ringtone from a WAP site but i need to do it on my phone and i dont kno how I can only browse the virgin things

It appears that the feature list is pretty much exactly the same as the earlier K7. Actually, K9 has fewer speed dials. Am I missing something?
