Any Ever replaced Housing on this bad boy ?????
Was lookin for some help. My S710 suffered some asthetic damage been looking at replacing the housing.
Anyone know a reliable source to purchase replacement housings??

Sony wants to charge a flat $200 fee to service the phone. F***ing ridiulous!
found a SE Tech that quoted me $35 to replace - but since phone is discontinued he is having trouble locating housings>

ebay has housings. finding someone to put it on is your own deal. i thought about trying it myself but by the time i put heavy consideration into it they disco'd it. and i'd hate to try then mess up and have to process another exchange and get that retarded w600i again and have to re-purchase my s710 for the 3rd time.

Thanks, I found a power seller on ebay that sells the kits from Canada for $20.
They are silver and aftermarket but look pretty good.

your a funny guy huh 🙄 , i do have fait in myself but with phones such as this one you have to know its internal setup. i right now dont know it in full so therefor i don't want to break mine without having another s710a as its replacement. as when i had to process an exchange for mine the last time i got the w600i for it which i didnt want.

Wow... I wonder if I should just get a cheap housing and then try to paint it myself. Just a little worried about the whole taking about the whole case... A little worried about ****ing the phone up.

I live in PA - there is a place in doylestown that has a tech that fixes nokia and SE. A friend used them to fix a 6800 and a 6820 nokia and they did great work.
