I have a couple questions...
I have a few questions before I drop the full price since Sprint wont give me the rebates. 😈
1. I heard about two colors, blue and silver. Or, is it really just both blue AND silver?
2. Does it support OTA updating? I heard there is another firmware in the works.

Also, does it support video playback similar to the audio MP3 playback? I would like to drop some video files on their for fun. I've seen some 1GB miniSD cards out there for real cheap so it would seem to be possible.

OK. in order to qet the rebate you have had to have your current phone for 18 months UNLESS it was a replacement phone thru Lockline (that is the company who sends you your new phone if you have that $4 per month insurance). The problem is your account record only shows WHEN you got the phone but not WHERE. If a buddy of yours gave you a phone the same thing happens, the system will show a date when you are eligible, 18 months from when you activated it.
This is easy to fix if the rep at cust serv knows what they are doing. Most dont cause they are idiots. Just tell them you spoke to the rebate dept and they agreed with you (I spoke to a Jessica and a Jonathan but Im sure any name will work). Tell the cust serv rep to put the code 100_OFF...
