does this phone have fun lights to let u know when ur getting a call or text? I heard its hard to tell of u miss a call/or message is this true?

I've been searching high and low and finally stumbled upon this. I'm gonna order mine tonight. Figured some of you guys would be looking for one too.

Do you have to pay to send ringtones that you make?

I just recieved the p777 today and didn't know that the mp3 software is not compatible with OS X, has anyone been able to get around that?

Do your phones seem like it's cheaply built? A part of the phone's casing seems to be coming apart and the top part of the phone (the part that slides) wiggles side to side. Does yours do that too?

I received my phone yesterday and I noticed that when i press 'menu', it doesn't start from 1.settings, but from 5.media mall. Is this normal? Thanks

I do not have this phone yet bcz I have a few questions about it, I don't know if anyone could help me w/this
My major question is about the Videos that you can record w/this phone, they say that you can record videos of almost 60 minutes and you will still have memory for more stuff. Well my question is, can you send this long videos to other people w/the same phone? by mms or can you send it thru the internet?? Well, i will really appreciate it if someone can respond to these dumb questions.

If the phones slider is closed an the back light is off does the phone light up when you reveive a call or text message. I guess my question is can you still receive calls even if the backligh is off or do u need to turn it on to receive calls?

ok i'm having a bit of an issue wondering if anyone could help me out. i'm using audiocity to crop songs to ringtone size but for some reason they are turning out to big for my phone. they are turning out around 400k for about a 25 second clip. my question is if anyone has experience using this program what bit rate and Hz will make it sound good but cut down the size? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance!

i was wondering if this phone is covered by lock/line because of the high retail price? i havent been able to find anything about this and i wondered if any of you guys could answer this for me. thanks.

I just got this phone and its got a lot of great features. But I don't understand why the up/down volume keys on the side only adjust the keypad volume. That seems kind of stupid. Does anyone know if this could be changed to adjust the ring volume instead. It would seem to make more sense if it could adjust it from silent mode to a loud ring volume on the side. Or am I missing an obvious solution? Thanks.

Its ok that u cant assign mp3s but can u still use polyphonic and real tones to different people in the phone book because im a big fan of this.
