Any PEBL deals out there right now?
I am going month to month with Tmobile right now. I know Tmobile has it free but am looking for a little more like free bluetooth or something.
Phone Release Date
I recently called a friend that works for tmobile and was informed that the phone will be released tommorow December 14 in the late afternoon. It will be available only through the website and will cost $299.99. The phone will not be available in stores until january 26. So if you want it now just make a phone upgrade through the website.

shorted out sim card?
Loving the pebl so far, but have run into a problem. Searched up the forum, but no answers. Is it possible to burn out the sim card? The phone is barely a week old, and somehow we get an error message: unregistered sim card. I noticed when trying to plug in the usb ac adapter to charge it, the green light wouldn't go on. I had to fiddle with the connection to get the phone to charge. Did I ruin the card inadvertently? Or are there issues with the pebl I'm not aware of?

duration of t-mobile exclusivity agreement?
Does anyone know how long the PEBL is agreed to be exclusive with T-mobile in the US?

Mobile Phone Tools software
Does anyone know if you can use mobile phone tools 4.0 to load contacts onto the phone? i have over 400 i need to input and it would be a lot easier if i could do it on the computer.
or if anyone has a way of getting contacts from a nextel phone and putting it onto the pebl, please let me know.

Keypad on PEBL?

Considering switching from Verizon to T-Mobile because of international options. Was looking at the PEBL today. Seems very nice, but I have big hands, and wondered about other peoples experience using the keypad. The numbers are not seperated as they are on other phones I've used. thanks for your comments.

Jabra BT500 with Pebl
Just got the pebl and I love most things about it EXCEPT - most of the ringtones don't work if I use my Jabra BT500 headset with it.
Anyone know of a fix for this?

PEBL Durable?
hello, i am thinking about buying the PEBL from T-mobile. often times right now, i find myself talking on my cell phone till i sleep, which results in me sleeping in the bed WITH my phone open, which can cause for breakage. my phone the motorola v400 has not broken. i was wondering if anyone out there with the PEBL thinks this phone can stand up to some of this abuse, or if i would break it in a night. i have been blessed with a durable phone now, and i hope to get another. any info on this would help me. thanks a bunch

phone lock on pebl
hi ya i baught Pebl today and i shocked to find that there were only 2 items in the phone lock options??
all other motorolas have more than 2 options..
my options were
phone book and alarm.
is it just my pebl that has only 2 options or is it everyones?
my previous motorola had loads of options for phone lock so why not this one?

Text exchanges with email
Hi - I'm thinking of buying this phone unlocked to use with cingular. Can I easily text to an email address - and go back and forth with replies easily - from this phone? The people I need to contact are on blackberries. I could text back and forth to an email address on my samsung until the cows came home, but not with my nokia... I have to start from scratch. Any help would really be useful!
External Caller ID?
Does this phone have caller-ID on the external display? If it doesn't, then what a shame.

did i hear that cingular considered adding the PEBL to their phone lineup? if not, has anyone here put a cingular SIM card in a PEBL?
