Motorola V360 / V361

I have Motorola V360 and have been using for last 1.5 yrs. Recently during my vacation trip to Florida, I received a phone call and I could hear the ring tone but could not hear anything from the person calling. I tried to call back and could not hear the outgoing ring tone. I called the person on the same number from my land line and he said he received the call but could not hear anything from my cell phone. My cell phone status showed connected. I can make outgoing call and receive call but with no voice! I also noticed that the SPEAKER option is not available on the screen.
