If you want your pics to be wallpaper and your MP3s to be ringtones they have to exist in the phone memory. There is no way around this. This is done because the memory card can be removed. If you removed the card with your ringtone and you get a call it can cause a problem with the phone. Just get Moto Phone Tools and create your own MP3 ring tones or else convert the ringtone to a lower bit rate and it can be stored on the phone without any problem.
Moto Phone tools is the best option cause you can create your own ringtones from MP3s.

but I think that moto phone tool is too expensive for me because I'm not from USA or GB. I'm from Slovakia and we have so expensive accessories. My motoV360 costs me cca.240$ and the Moto Phone Tool costs cca. 50$. And its crazy. Can you help me in good bargain?

Is file size the only limitation? Or are there sampling size or bit rate limitations? Is stereo okay?
Further, what size and bit rate, etc. are the stock mp3 ringtones?

Stereo is fine but the bit rate should be 192kps or less. I find that bit rates as low as 56 work fine and cut the size in half.
