Motorola V360 / V361
Problem with the usb cable.....
4 some reason when i hook up the usb cable 2 my computer now it will not show that icon anymore, the I: removable or it wont charge my phone like it used 2, any suggestions on how 2 fix this problem? i have no clue what happened, and this is the cable that came with the phone it was workin the whole time till now..

Go to menu, then settings, then connection, then usb settings, then change it default connection memory card instead of data/fax, That should work, lemme know if it does.

do u know how 2 get the aim 2 work? everytime i try 2 sign on it says AIM SIGN ON FAILED, i dont know whats wrong wit that neither, it just wont work at all, do u know any way of gettin onto it? good look if u could help me out wit that last thing

Sorry. i have the same problem, i called T-mobile and its a know issue with the aim software on the v360 cause my wifes v330 gets on in no time. Call them and see what they say, i scored a 100 bonus minutes, too bad i don't need em. 😢

when i bought a v360 for my daughters b-day we put a memory chip in it and you cant turn the phone on. It has a fault but not to worry cos its getting fixed by the company. 🙂

try a different usb cable if that still doesn't fix it reset the phone, and if that doesn't work and you bought it from t-mobile call them and have them try to fix it or send you another one.
