Phonebook problems
I have been having a couple problems with my V360 lately, especially concerning the phonebook. For some reason now, whenever I try to access the entries in my phonebook, instead of displaying the information of each entry, I'm automatically taken back to the home screen. Also, whenever I receive a call from one of the people in my phonebook, I don't see their name but instead I see their number. The latter issue isn't that big of a deal but I would like to know why my phone isn't letting me access my phonebook properly.
I have been able to see some information if I choose to "Edit" the entry but that doesn't work for entries that are designated as cell phone numbers. Anyone else have the same issue?

i'm having the same problems with my phone does anyone know whats going on?

i fixed my phone all you have to do is load your contacts to motorola phone tools then clear everything on your phone and reset your phone then load them back on
