Help for turning on bluetooth with broken screen
I have a Samsung E730 which recently had the screen broken and I need to turn on bluetooth. I am unable to navigate through the visual display and I really need to retrieve my contacts stored on the phone. I would appreciate anyone that has the same phone to give instruction through a keypad sequence to turn bluetooth on again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cant find a way to get the message notification to work for my phone. I would like to to keep reminding m I have a voice mail until I flip it open. This actually is a big deal if you dont hear your phone and miss a call and voice mail and dont bother to look.

Software Problem
I just bought this phone, and while I love it, I can not get it to communicate with my computer for the life of me. I installed the driver and PIM program, but whenever I load the program, this error always pops up:
"Cannot open the port and this program is switched in offline mode. After, try to switch online."
Does anybody know how to make this program work? Thanks.

E730 and checking gmail
Has anyone been able to set up their email settings on the samsung e730 to work with gmail. i am with tmobile and here are my settings:

smtp port
protocol type:
pop3server
pop3port
i have already enabled pop access in my gmail settings. i read somewhere that SSL must be activated on the mobile phone to check gmail from a mobile device. any feedback would be helpful. thanks.

Caller ringtone
Possibly a stupid question, but how do you set this up? I went to music, set as, caller ringtone but when I select it, it says empty.

Internet Browser and Samsung SGH-E730
I recently upgraded from the E715 to the E730. Does anyone know how to configure the internet browser on the E730 to the T-Mobile (T-Zone) settings? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am currently thinking of purchasing this phone. I think it looks amazing and da music buttons in the front is a revolution in mp3 cell phones. anyway can u use use the mp3's as ringtones. also. do u think this phone is worth its price. da radio reception in america. And r da ringtones loud at all. and r the mp3 ringtones loud is it clear. basiclly if i was boared and wanted 2 listen 2 music and had no earpiece would the quailty of the music be good.

HELP HELP with mp3's and image transfer
I bought this phone for my boyfriend and we cant figure out how to transfer MP3's weve downloade dthe software but it doesnt show up... if you understand, its in our program file smenu but theres no program icon to run???? Please help because his frustrations are frustrating me!!!

hey, sorry for buggin ya. I've noticed taht you are pretty good with this phone. but I still cant get my software to upload the mp3's on my phone.. do I use the PIM and file manager to upload it? or image editor? or what do i use to upload the mp3's on my phone?? please let me know how to solve this problem. If u could explain how to upload the mp3s on this phone carefully that will be awesome. Thank you. 😁

Question About the MP3
Could we use the MP3 music as a ringtone as well?? because some of the phones DO let you like the Samsung d500 and e720, but i dont know if this phone.. the samsung e730.. would allow me to use it as one.

HOW DO YOU UPLOAD MP3s ON THIS PHONE?
I know this sounds stupid, I bought this phone yesterday.. it came with the USB cable and a software.. i installed the software as well as the samsung usb driver.. however, while im using PIM & FILE manager software, there is a menu called "melody to phone" .. but it won't let me click it once the phone is connected.. so I just want to know.. is there ANYWAY to upload mp3's on this phone?!?! PLEASE LET SOMEBODY LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! THANKS
How do I get the browser to open???
Just got this phone today from wireless rush. I had to register it w/ Samsung MEA. I thought that was kinda weird. I'm w/ ATT/Cingular and cannot get the browser to open. Any help would be great. So far it seems like a cool phone!
