It is does come out, it will be for T-Mobile, because the phone has the 900MHz band instead of the 850MHz band that Cingular needs.

dam that does sux that it is not coming 2 america. it also suxs that cingular uses 850 cause allot phone does not support GSM850. And cingular has 2 be the only company in the world to use GSm850. god i miss T-mobile

They can't get this phone. It doesn't have the 850MHz band that they need for their network.
