Samsung SGH-E730
Internet Browser and Samsung SGH-E730
I recently upgraded from the E715 to the E730. Does anyone know how to configure the internet browser on the E730 to the T-Mobile (T-Zone) settings? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to Browser -> Profile settings -> select the 4th option - > put T-Zones as the profile name -> for the home url = http://wap.myvoicestream.com, then bearer = GPRS only, -> Proxy = enabled -> when you get to where it says GPRS settings hit the ok button.
Proxy IP = 216.155.165.50
Proxy port = 8080
APN = wap.voicestream.com
Login = (leave this blank)
password = (leave this blank)
Then hit SAVE! Now go back to the browser menu. Now go to where it says current profiles. select it, then scroll down to where u see T-Zones, and then select it, and it should say "current profile changed".
Now to test it, go to broswer and click where it says "Home".
Tell me if it works.

i was reading your forum and i see that i'm not alone trying to get this phone to work with t-zones,,,anyway, i tried what you told me to do but i still can't get online,,does living in miami florida have something to do with it,,,,,,,,,can you help me,,,and also i can't send or recieve pictures,,my email address is bamboclawt@yahoo.com thank you.

Did you enter, the correct info? Also, do you have a mytobile.com account set up? Sometimes, that can block you from loggin into to T-Zones.

yes i put the info as you stated but what do you mean mytmobile.com account set up???
i used to (still)have the sgh-e715 and i have to carry both phone because to go online, i use the 715,,,,but it can get tiring switching the sim card back and forth,,i just wish i can use this phone(730) for everything i need,,also i need the codes for picture messaging,,,,thank you for trying to help me and please keep trying,,,thanks again, mamoru.
