Mobile Web 2.0?

I have mobile web 2.0 enabled on my phone for the 5.00 monthly fee but when i emailed verizon they said it was a billable feature and used up my airtime(minutes). Does that mean I can use it without being billed for my minutes after 9 since i have free nights and weekends?

Yes you only use your minutes during peak hours. Nights & weekends are free.
