Moto L2 and Moto H350 Bluetooth Headset

I have purchased a Motorola L2 and a Moto H350 Bluetooth headset. When I pair them they work one time. When one or both is turned off and then back on they are no longer paired. Is the a result of the Moto L2 having Bluetooth Ver. 1.2 and the Mot H350 having Bluetooth Ver. 2.0. If the is the case can I upgrade the L2 to Bluetooth ver. 2.0???

If not is there a different setup to use on the phone???

I think I'm having a similar problem, except I can't even get my L2 to recognize my earpiece. My V557 picked it up right away. May have to get a different model. 😕

I too have researched this issue. I may try the Moto H500 (which is backward compatible to Bluetooth v 1.1 & 1.2). I find that the H350 will connect with a lot of manual setup each time. On my Samsung c417 it is a lot more automatic.
