Text problem

I looked through the manual and couldn't find an answer. Currently when i text, it is always in all-caps. I've went to the menu and chosen 'Abc' to take it back into first letter caps, rest of them lower case, but it sticks at ABC instead. How can i fix this? Thanks.

okay its ez u know when u start texting you press the bottom left button once and it capatalizez things so try that
