I have this phone and I am having problems playing down loaded music on this phone. The phone does not recognize my_music folder and files.

Downloaded music from the computer of from the phone itself? Make sure that the bitrate on the music files are set 128Kps in oder for the phone to play them. Also make sure that they in mp3 format.
