Pantech PN-215 / CDM-8915 / Snapper / PN-300
Does anyone actually like the UTStarcom phones?
It a simple phone with camera function. They had a PN 210 w/o camera but for the price it was better to go with the PN 215
It has worked great and well it easy to use.
UT Satrcomm has nice handsets, but they are somewhat complicated to use.

It seems like these phones are just a problem waiting to happen.
They seem to be getting better and better...and more popular.

They have excellent voice/call quality and are generally pretty cheap from what I have seen. My first cell was a Virgin Mobile Audiovox and it is still probably the best as far as sound quality goes. The ugly user interface and somewhat ugly design were a downer, though - and continue to be with UTStarcom stuff.
If I'm not mistaken, those earlier Audiovox handsets were built by Curitel, which doesn't exactly have a reputation for quality.
Is it going to be the UT's own product?
