Kyocera Slider KX5B USB Driver
I bought a Kyocera Slider KX5B a few weeks ago and bought a generic USB cable off Ebay. Here it is:

I ALSO got the SAME cable from the SAME ebay seller...
did you figire anything out or get any answers??

OH!!.. BTW,... does your phone get HOT when u plug it into that cable also??...mine sure does!!!

I bought a 3rd party cable as well, and the phone gets really hot. I tried loading wma files from a card reader, but the phone can't see the files. Help!

I got frustrated with the seller(THEY SUCK!!) 👿 and got nothing but automated replies...I FINALLY just gave up,..i mean, it just wasn't worth the cost to send it back!!!(i think they count on that!) 😢
so..here's the solution,..
I found a very inexpensive usb card reader
it comes with a cable,..just plug it in,..and transfer all your files that way,..then simply put the card back into your phone,..VOILA!!!

I resorted to loading the files with the card installed in my digital camera. I found a help file somewhere that mentioned the directory that the files need to be loaded into. It seems weird that the music files need to be "flat", i.e. no subdirectories allowed. Oh well, it seems to work now. The cable really sucks.
