Help with 950 please
Hello. I am new here and would appreciate any help.
Whenever I am receiving or sending a call, before the phone begins ringing, out of the speakers a voice says "Verizon Wireless"
It is very annoying and if anyone knows how to turn it off, I'd appreciate it if you let me know.

Go to Menu, Settings & Tools, Sounds, Service Alerts, ERI, and Select Off, then you'll be all set
