Where's the MMS I read EVERYWHERE?

OK everywhere I have read this phone has SMS/EMS/MMS capabilities, in all the Verizon press releases I saw online, so where is it? I can only create a SMS or email?

Anyone know where the MMS went?

I went through this with data support last week and it took 30 minutes for the tech to finally say that Verizon does not support MMS even though the phone is fully capable.

mms is typically available only on camera phones/devices...as this handset does not have a camera, it wouldn't support mms.

pictures can be sent to the device via email, but that's about it.
