Well,it worked.🙂They got me!I went to the Verizon store yesterday and not only didn't they have it-when I inquired as to when they would get it they looked at me like I had a third eye.This crew apparently didn't get the memo that it was launched!Oh well. I showed them! 😉 😁

Don't always take what the corporate store reps say at face value. I've noticed that they 'play dumb' sometimes in order to try to make a sale.
For example, you ask about Phone X, and they know they're not going to be getting Phone X, but they want to keep you from going to a different store that DOES have Phone X. So they might pretend that they don't know anything about Phone X, and that they 'haven't heard anything about Phone X being available for Verizon, period', so that you start to doubt that anyone has Phone X. Then they try to get you interested in a different phone, one they do have.
Hopefully that isn't what went down in your case, but it doesn't matter, so long as you stuck to your guns and got what you really wanted. 🙂

Actually, they didn't try to sell me anything. They didn't even bother to get up from behind that huge desk. They couldn't have been less aggressive. 🙄 But, I did get the phone and for me its just what I need. So far so good. 🙂
