how 2 activate the flash?

i am trying to activate the flash i can't find it. can someone, anyone help me out?

Phonescoop lists this as having an LED flash. It looks like it does but I called Verizon Tech support and Samsung themselves, both say the camera doesn't have a flash. Sucks ☹️
