yeh it's abit complecated. first instal the CD u've received. you can only down load songs that are in a CD. so open the "disk to phone" oh don't forget to connect the USB. than look at left top corner than click the bar looking thing with arrow at the end, and click audio CD, ofcouse put the music CD in first, than click the one u want, than the list will appear in second, if the CD isn't formal like burned CD than you have to write brief info on them. than delete songs u don't want to burn than click transfer on the top. if u have any more question emil me.
