I switched from Verizon to Cingular because everyone I knew @ Verizon left - I bought a SE W600 because it got such good press on PhoneScoop. Now I am dropping calls, people can't hear me & I can't always hear them. I got a new 600 a week ago and there is no change. My 30 day trial is up in a REAL soon. What should I do? Get another phone with Cingular? Go back to Verizon? I like the 600 because it looks different, has a radio. Should I get a Razor like everyone else? I am confused since I am not able to make calls places where my hubby can with his blackberry (cingular) or I could with my 3 year old LG from Verizon. My kid will miss the SE600.

don't get a razr because it is a phone with only one feature behind it which is the buttons to dial, evverything else the sony ericsson can do better with ease. As for switching I would I would call and tell them my problem with the phone and replace with another new one. It has better features for the same price so it up to you.

It might be your area! Also you need to check and see if you are using all the band or frequencey in your area. One thing to do is drive somewhere you get a good signal . Then take out your battery and sim card and wait a few minutes then replace ebverything, and your phone should always look for that tower first to grad a signal. Hope thatg works. Because all of the other phones on cingular are basically crap. Good luck. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

LOL. I have never heard of the driving thing.LOL. Do you have any factual information showing that will work? I have been in the wireless industry for about 4 years....never heard of that. It actually sounds like something a C.S. rep would say...
