Motorola RAZR V3c
VZW V3c UI color scheme... Can it be unlocked?
I've got the RAZR from Verizon. Apparently, VZW has the UI color schemes locked down so you cant change it to blue, business or tropical. Has anyone found a way to unlock them without actually having to flash to the altell firmware?
I've done some "tweaking" on other stuff with P2K, PST, MPT etc. I've seen that the color scheme files are in the phone, just not accesable.

The color schemes you are talking about ARE accesable. I believe you are misunderstanding, though, what they are. They are not to change the color of the red bars that are on the phone, they are to change the colors of the background you see when flipping through the menu options, that's all.
