Any problems with Cingular's network and this phone

Does anyone have problems with this phone on Cingular's network? Voicemail, send/receive txt msg, internet browsing, etc...?

Actually, I am having problems with Cingular in Los Angeles. I get a LOT of dropped calls, when my wife calls me, she gets an error message, etc.

Is this normal???

I am upgrading the firmware this morning, perhaps this will help.

Any thoughts?
