Nokia 6270

I was hoping someone who has this phone and Cingular service could tell me if everything works perfectly?...the net, texts, multimedia messasing, email, etc. To get it to work properly with Cingular service, does it take much effort and is there anything else that i'll need to know? I'm trying to decide between the Nokia 6270 and the Samsung D600...but leaning towards the 6270 for features.

can you listen to the fm radio through the stereo speakers and not the headset?

if you store an mp4 video onto the memory card that was recorded at 320x240 resolution...can you watch it on the screen in landscape mode at that same resolution?

The subject explains the problem pretty much.
After I do voice dialing the following attempt to use either music player of radio, gets the message:

"Not allowed".

The only way I can get the lost functionality back is to reboot the phone.

I have no problems placing calls using phone book or even receiving calls while listening music (it stops the music and continues it after the call.

Any idea?

it has ta be a typo, or this phone has built in 9000 mb of memory, wtf hew needs a memory card on it then!!!!!

What carrier is this going to be released by???

...new 6270 owners from other boards seem to be very impressed by sound quality, speakerphone level, and the ability to listen to your mp3s through a BT headset. The camera appears to be mediocre. The Big Problem seems to be the flimsy feel to the phone, that the slider part "rocks" under your fingers when you are pressing on the d-pad.

Again, that's not my review, just some impressions from reading other reviews from other websites.

Anyone care to share some of their experiences with the 6270?

i don't know......it has ALOT hot features, but it has that jetson's this is what we thought was gonna be futuristic look.

it reminds me of that 70's show. thick @$$ sideburns, curly fro, ang cordory bell bottems.

or what shaft should of whipped out at a red-light party.

that's just my opinion though.

i donno if u guys talked about this allready, but will this be able ta work with cingular, i know its only gonna be sold like in asia and africa, and middle east, but if i bought it from out ther, and itll be unlocked, or if i unlocked it, can it work with cingular, cuz it has most of the same modes, except the 850 wich is for asia and the others, cuz i saw the 6282, and i dont like the look, i think this was made alot better, and its more stylish and the key pads are bigger, and am also lookin forwerd to the stero speakers on the sides, wich the 6282 lacks, so if u guys know anything, please respond and help!!!!! thank u verry much!!!!
