Error M508: Application Error

When playing MP3 on my A920 using the "Sprint Music Store" player I randomly get and error that stops playback. The error is "Error M508: Application Error".

I have upgraded the flash card to a 512Mb SanDisk and manually copied files from my PC to the card.

Has anyone seen this or have a solution?

call tech support and have us make a ticket. its a programming error.

wondering if there is software that can play mp3s withought having to use sprint service. I recently quite my internet connection, but now the mp3 player doesn't work because of the internet connection. I just bought a 512mb card too...lol. Please help.
