I laugh at this. 5 year old kids can run a phone better than I can.
What we really need is a phone for old people. They dont even know how to run a toaster let alone a cell phone.

Amen! I spent 30 minutes on the phone with my 64 year old mother who couldn't understand why the phone went black every 60 seconds. So she kept pressing & holding the Power/End button, turning the phone off. She insisted something was wrong with the phone.
My two teenage daughters have the same phone as gramma and they know more tricks with the particular phone than I do.
