i refuse to sell the v180 or any other low end motorola because of the issues that they have with them.

Speaking from the warranty exchange department for Cingular...
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE sell any other low-end phone other than the Motorolas. It's not fun talking to the customer after their 6th exchange on it just because they ended up buying a crap phone from a crap manufacturer.
