My phone doesn't hard reset??
I tried to hard reset my phone to no avail. My screen is a white out and last time this happened I did a soft reset and it came back. It didn't work this time so I tried to do a hard reset and it won't work. The screen just comes up white again. If I turn the phone to an extreme angle I can see blue tones, but thats it. After I tried to do a hard reset the screen just stayed white. I then did a soft reset and all of my info is still there?? After I did the hard reset I waited for 5 minutes before doing a soft reset. Any ideas???

Gp to "programs", then "clear storage". That is how you do a hard reset.

I can't. My phone is stuck on a white screen. I am in the process of getting a new one, but I thought I would try this so I could at least use the phone until the new one gets here.

Clear Storage also delets everything on your phone and returns it to out of the box settings.

You ought to be able to use the stylus to hit the reset button while pressing BOTH the left and right soft menu keys (the ones with "-" on them) at the same time as hitting the reset button.
If you've done it right, you'll get a message telling you to hit "Y" to clear everything and then SPACE to reset after that.

Maybe that is my problem. Here is what has happened. The phone screen has broken. When I turn the phone on, all I see is a white screen. I have since gotten my new phone, and I guess I send my old phone back to Verizon, but I can't clear it out. I can't see where to hit yes on the screen to hard reset. I don't want to send my phone in without doing a hard reset. Any other ideas? Thanks

You don't hit anything on the screen.
It tells you to hit "Y" and then "SPACE" - meaning on the slide out keyboard!!
