HELP- ALLTEL SCREEN
Hello, I just bought a starcom off ebay 🙄 The woman swears this phone worked when she sent me the phone. So I've been trying to get it to work. The problem is the only screen it will show is the white alltel screen with the numbers at the bottom, any help would be appreciated, Thanks

I am not sure there is much you can do. I experienced the same problem on just yesteday with my XV6700 and I tried a soft reset as well as a hard reset. I also tried removing the battery, storage card, etc and still got the initial Verizon screen. I called Tech Support and reported the problem and they are sending me a new PDA.
