There has been a thread on this subject already, but I (like a lot of you) am still wondering how long I should wait for this phone to come out through Verizon. If anyone knows anything, I'm patiently waiting! Thanks in advance!

Expect to see it within the next two months. At least that's the buzz I hear.

I would be quite shocked if this didn't launch by March 1st. I've been told its been delayed due to VZ wanting more testing done.

Then again, we all know the new Treo700 is set to launch in January, we could be seeing a dual launch of these new devices.

Why isn' there anything on phonescoop talking about the Treo700 speaking of that? If it's due out in January, shouldn't there be something on it? Im probably looking in the wrong place or something. Let me know...

Thanks.

Thanks to VZW Employee over at HoFo for his insight. He is consistently dead on with release dates:

What constitutes a business account? I have two of my salesmen with VW and I would make three. How many do you need to make that happen? Whats the price going to be for this little jewel?

Well, you can have a single user business account so the number of employees doesn't really matter. I guess just call Verizon to see what your account is currently classified as.

As for price, no one really knows for sure. VZW Employee over at HoFo had taken a pic of a Verizon price screen that suggested $599, but didn't have any 2 year pricing yet. Obviously that pretty consistent with other carrier prices for this device. My guess would be $599 retail, and $450 for a two year agreement. Then again, there's a good chance it might be $599 for a 2 year since obviously the i730 hasn't moved from that price.
